I started my journey working on customer facing products that needed intuitive interfaces despite their backend complexity, and ended up solving more technical product problems over time. My belief is that there isn't a perfect cookie-cutter process for every project, but rather solutions that are rooted in clear scientific thinking, logical reasoning and behavioural economics.

Throughout my career, I've enjoyed collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to co-create solutions that are intuitive, delightful and drive business value. When it comes to technical handoffs, my designs aren't just delivered at blazing speeds with pixel-perfect precision, they're well spec'd for engineers.

With my background in architecture, user experience and content strategy – I'm able to ideate solutions that are holistic and aligned with business goals. While these skills enable me to architect solutions, articulate designs and communicate effectively; I'm also mindful of factoring in behavioural economics that can often prevent blind-spots, or sometimes provide valuable user insights. Having a diversity of these skillsets enables me to work effectively and persuasively with different stakeholders.

Outside of work, I can be found reading books, hiking, cooking amazing food or exploring music gigs and festivals.
